Born in 1990, Akintayo Ogunkoya, known professionally as Ty, is a Nigerian-born British model who trained as a materials engineer at Imperial College London before pursuing fashion full time.
He was signed by New York Model Management in 2008 and quickly became an exclusive at a Dior Homme show in Paris. He has walked for Versace, Etro, Belstaff and Hermes, and was one of the few African men featured in Vogue Hommes International.
