Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara, a move set to be facilitated by Enzo Fernandez’s imminent departure.
The Blues reached agreement with the Ligue 1 side for the 22-year-old for a fee expected to reach €45 million including bonuses.
The Senegalese midfielder’s arrival is expected to clear the way for Fernandez, who is finalising a move to Manchester City after falling out of favour under Xabi Alonso.
Transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri reports the Camara deal is nearing completion, with only the payment schedule left to finalise.
