Toni Kroos Picks Jude Bellingham As World's Best Midfielder — On His Day

Former Germany midfielder Toni Kroos says Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham deserves to be called the best midfielder in the world whenever he’s at his best.

Speaking on his podcast “Einfach mal Luppen,” co-hosted with his brother Felix, Kroos said: “In my opinion, Bellingham is one of the most complete midfielders in the world. If he is in top form, I think he is the best midfielder in the world, or at least he has the potential to be.”

Bellingham has impressed since his 2023 move to Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund, and was a standout for England at this year’s FIFA World Cup, scoring seven goals and adding an assist for the Three Lions.
